My Story

Jerren Pierce “JP” born and raised in Houma, LA.  Graduated from Southeastern Louisiana where he received a degree in Kinesiology and also played receiver on the football team. He has a wife name d Vanessa and two boys: Jackson and Jacob. Jerren has been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years. He is also  TPI Certified and  Pain Free Specialist certified. He lives by his motto GET BETTER TODAY because there is always an opportunity to get 1% better daily. 

You can always catch Jerren having family time with his wife and kids. He even coaches some of his kids in their youth sports.

 

One thing Jerren loves doing is challenging himself both mentally and physically with his workouts.
